Bell’s Powerful HSPA network arrives in Thunder Bay

Bell is now available to the Thunder Bay market from October 03,2012!  Clients are now able to activate on Bell’s powerful HSPA (4G) network, with access to exclusive and popular devices from the best brands in the world and amazing on device content.
Bell HSPA Coverage in Thunder Bay
  • Bell is just starting our expansion into North Western Ontario, offering coverage that is part of what is already Canada’s largest, blazing-fast, 4G coast-to-coast network.  We plan to continue to build out the network in North western Ontario over the next few years.
  • If Sales Consultants/reps are approached to make comments to the media on future of Bell in the local market, they can direct all questions to Corporate Communications, corpcomment@bell.ca.   Roaming:
    • At present, roaming outside of the Bell HSPA network in Thunder Bay is not available to Bell clients. This means that wireless service is limited to the network coverage area as defined in Bell’s coverage maps. Service outside of the network will cease until the client returns to the Bell network. As a result :
    • Calls will not be connected.
    • Data & SMS will not be available.
    • 911 will continue to be available as long as the client is in coverage of other wireless providers.
    • Always  refer to  www.bell.ca/coverage for details and updates to coverage.
